Get Back to the Basics with Wonder®

Simple Recipes to Get You and Your Family Back to Routine

With the holidays behind us, we hope everyone is feeling rested and refreshed for the New Year ahead. Getting back to a bit of a routine is critical. The holidays only happen once a year, but after all the eating, shopping and entertaining, staying home and cooking for your family feels refreshing again.

To get back into a routine, the best place to start is with the basics. Refrain from overcomplicating things; start with the bare minimum, and the rest will slowly fall into place. We wanted to share tips, tricks and recipes to help you get back into the swing.

I think we can all relate to the pressure we receive from the media, friends and family regarding New Year’s resolutions. Why is there so much pressure to refresh and renew every year? There is enough stress and tension in our lives on a day-to-day basis, so instead of ultimately trying to change your life and goals overnight, start with a tiny change or addition to your life at a time.

Our first tip, the best place to start, starts with cooking and eating at home. This is an excellent way for you and your family to cut down on costs, but it also gets you out of the cold. Cooking is the perfect window into trying new recipes and keeping you off the couch.

With everything going on, we want to share a few of our quick and easy back-to-basic recipes to help you get back into the New Year routine. At the same time, it provides everyone in the family with something they will enjoy. This includes fussy eaters.

Even if you are not the biggest fan of cooking, we have a few recipes that will help make the cooking process less daunting and, most importantly, keep things simple and easy.
