1. On a slice of bread or one side of the English Muffin, spread 1 tbsp. of mustard, a slice of cheddar, 4 to 5 apple slices and top with two pieces of bacon. Repeat steps to make the remaining sandwiches.
2. Spread the outsides of each sandwich with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat or a panini press. Cook sandwiches until golden on both sides and the cheese is melty. About 3 to 4 minutes.
