1. Beat the eggs, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in bowl
2. Dip the bread slices into the pumpkin mixture until coated on both sides
3. Melt 1 tsp. of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place 2 of the bread slices into the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
4. Repeat with the remaining bread and butter.
5. Garnish with pecans, 1.4 cups of pumpkin puree and maple syrup
